Katherine Pendill and Juliana Prather started Grant Juerey in 2007 with the idea that 'people sourcing' was what made us successful in our respective fields --we were finding great solutions and growing businesses by pulling together the expertise and contacts from our network and assembling focused teams.

We launched the firm with the proposition we could offer fellow executives talent at the VP to C-suite level of experience but in the form of talented teams available as consultants to support specific strategic initiatives.
